These apartments are the ideal base from which to explore the magnificent city of Madrid, enjoying spacious and tranquil accommodation.

On reservation, guests will be charged 30% of the total payment due. The remainder will be paid upon arrival to the apartment. The hotel does not accept American Express as a method of payment.The hotel does not have a 24-hour reception - for this reason guests should indicate their anticipated time of arrival when booking. Those arriving after 22:00 will be subject to a EUR 30 surcharge.All check in takes place after 15:00. For guests arriving before this time, it may be possible to drop off luggage and return later. If for whatever reason guests are delayed by more than 30 minutes, guests should inform the staff on the telephone number that appears on the Booking Confirmation. A member of staff will accompany guests to the apartment and provide them with sets of keys.All guests must check out by 12:00 at the latest, although between 09:00 and 10:00 is recommended. Keys are to be left on the table, lights turned off and the door closed.Towels and linen are changed during stays for more than 7 nights.
