If you are feeling active you can enjoy a game of tennis on the property’s court before relaxing in the cafe-bar. Optional extras include car parking, laundry facilities, use of the safe deposit box, tennis courts and recreational games.

In addition to the facilities listed, all apartments come equipped with a 15 m² terrace with sea views and a kitchen including cutlery and crockery. Towels are change every 4 days, and floors and cleaning and bed linen changed every 7 days.

As well as some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca, the local area also includes several theme parks (including Terra Mítica, Aqualandia and Mundomar) and golf courses.

The arrival by car is from the Avenida Uruguay (n. 10), a one way street from Avenida Jaime I (Burger King) towards Benibeach. To enter the complex with a car you must reserve a parking place at the reception with prior notice of the number plate of your vehicle.

The south-facing apartments of the Beni-Beach are set in a beachfront tower overlooking Benidorm’s Poniente Beach and the Mediterranean Sea beyond. The gardens and outdoor swimming pool which surround the property allow you to make the most of the sheltered, sunny climate. All of the apartments enjoy fantastic sea views. You can also walk to the resort’s bustling centre in 5 minutes or spend the day on the quieter of Benidorm’s 2 beaches.

A breakage deposit of EUR 40 per adult is required at check-in. This deposit is returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked. No additional electrical appliances can be used within the apartments.The reception service operates 24 hours a day, and can respond immediately to any problems within the apartments.
