Last refurbishment was in 2000, there are 70 studios spread over 5 floors which are fully equipped with air conditioning (July until September) and cooker/oven. An ironing board is available on request as is a safe-deposit box (for extra charge).Most studios are exterior and have a balcony overlooking the main pedestrian street, some of them enjoy a lateral sea view. They are all twin bedded and furnished with comfortable furniture.
