All apartment rates include the cost of:- utillities (use of cooking gas, water and electricity),- bed linens and bath towels,- final cleaning,- use of swimming pool.Air conditioning or heating is available at an additional cost.Bed linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis. Extra linen and towel changes are available at an additional cost.

The lido beach area offers restaurants, bars, newspaper kiosks, supermarkets and children's playgrounds.

From Alghero Airport:- Residence Eucalipti can be easily reached with public transport. Local buses stop just 100 metres from the residence.- The residence offers a private transfer service, available on request at an additional modest fee.

Air-conditioning is available on request and at an additional cost.

Reception office hours are from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 and 19:00. If you plan to arrive after 19.00 please note that you will find your name on a tag on the window of the reception office, indicating the building and apartment numbers.The keys will be left on the door of your apartment.There will also be an emergency mobile number just in case you need to contact the person in charge of the residence.The rate is inclusive of utilities, consumption of gas, water and electricity, bed linen and bath towels, final cleaning and use of the pool.Extra optional costs to be paid direct on location are:- Air-conditioning or heating- Private Car Park.- Change of Linen and Towels- Baby cot.
