All bedrooms are delightfully and stylishly furnished and provide a real Mediterranean experience.Double Rooms "Neptun" and "Zeus" offer a view on the beach and the poolside of a neighbouring hotel. The Double Room "Aphrodite" and Junior Suite "Parnassos" have sea and garden views. The remaining suites offer views of the sea.Important: only rooms with sea or garden views are quiet. The remaining rooms can be a bit noisy at night due to the live music played on the hotel terrace until 23:00. Please note that the steps at the entrance to the hotel may constitute a problem for disabled guests.

On the natural beach, towels and showers are provided. Sun shelters, chairs and a water taxi can be obtained at additional cost. Topless/Nude bathing is also close to the hotel. There are numerous possibilities to enjoy water sports. At an additional cost, tennis courts, a fitness centre, bicycles and horse riding are available nearby.

Boutique & Beach Hotel Villa Wolff opened in 2003 and enjoys one of Dubrovnik's most beautiful locations, the Uvala-Lapad Bay. The 3 suites and 3 double rooms are bright and have unique incomparable flair of high quality. The hotel is located 10 metres from the beach and is surrounded by an exotic, Mediterranean park with palm trees, deck chairs and sunshades. Its famous Seafood Restaurant invites you on its panorama terrace to various seafood meals combined with unforgettable sunsets.
