Malamas Apartments in Parikia 

The building of Malamas Apartments is traditionally white-washed with blue windows and balconies with open views to the garden, the neighbourhood or mountains. In the flowering garden, there is a shaded sitting/dining space with common barbecue. At the reception, the friendly staff provides you with all necessary information about Paros Island.

Malamas offers one room studios for 2 to 3 people and 2 room apartments with 2 private bedrooms for 4 people. They are set on the ground or 1st floor and have cooking facilities. There is also a regular cleaning service. For cheaper accommodation, there are simple, lower level rooms for 2 to 4 people, without the cooking facilities but with a balcony that opens onto the garden.All the facilities (except the safety deposit box) are included in the daily rate without any extra cost.

Livadia sandy beach, the main beach of Parikia, offers organised spots with umbrellas and sun beds and more quiet corners in the shade of trees.At the beach you will find bars, restaurants, a volleyball court and Paros Nautical Club that offers swimming and sailing lessons. Krios Beach, on the opposite side of the bay, offers crystal clear waters. It is about a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive away. The port, centre of town and the central bus station are about 600 meters (10 minutes walk) away.
