Park View Guest House in York 

All rooms have been fully refurbished and come with a mini plasma TV on a wall bracket. All rooms are en suite with power showers and standard facilites. A hairdryer and iron are available on request.

The B&B is close to the city centre and just a 5 minute walk will take you to the heart of York. In York you can visit many popular tourist attractions such as York Minster, the city walls, the Jorvik Viking centre and The Shambles. There are many bars, clubs and restaurants in the surrounding area. The B&B is just up the road from St Johns College and is opposite York District Hospital.

By Car (from York train station):- From the train station we are 12 minutes away; as you come out of the station take a left and carry on straight down until you approach a bend which you will see some traffic lights.- Stay left towards the bend following it round until you come to the bridge.- Go over the bridge to the bottom where you will come to a set of traffic lights.- Turn left at the lights past the art gallery then you will approach more lights stay in the right hand lane and go straight up the road (Gillygate).- Once you have reached the end of Gillygate you will go past St Johns College.- Carry on straight down until you have approached the last set of traffic lights.- Stay in the right hand lane going past the independent pub and 50 yards down turn right and you will have reached Park View Guest House.

During weekends a 2 night minimum stay applies. Smoking is not permitted in the B&B. All payments must be made on arrival. Your card will be charged by the B&B for any damages or breakages made.
