The Falcon Hotel in Uppingham

Eyebrook is another great trout fishing reservoir. Burghley House and Rockingham Castle are a short drive from the hotel, as is Rockingham Speedway. Golf can be arranged at South Luffenham (5 miles/8 km), Greetham (5 miles/8 km), or at the 9-hole par 3 course overlooking Rutland Water.Oakham is 5 miles/8 km to the north and has a train station. East Midlands Airport is less than 40 minutes' drive away.
