Beneath Boutique25, in a spectacular vaulted cellar, is Skipton's first champagne and wine bar, 25 Below. Open Thursday to Sunday, it serves the finest selection of wines and champagnes by the glass. Nosh bar nibbles and 'Grazing Plates' are also available throughout the day.Strictly hotel guests and members only at busy times. Please note that on weekends, when the bar is busy, some noise may be heard in the guest rooms.

The hotel is located about 200 metres from the roundabout, on the left-hand side.
