The hotel features a Sun Room with a sea-scape mural, beanbags and recliners and an infrared sauna to help you relax more deeply. Classes and workshops are also held here.

The menu is mainly vegetarian, but fish or fowl can be prepared on request. All meals are freshly prepared using mainly locally grown and organic produce, and avoiding white sugar and hydrogenised fats. The hotel is not licensed but happy to provide corkage if you wish to bring your own wine to enjoy with your meals.The dining room is a tranquil space with mirrors and candles, whilst the conservatory provides an idyllic spot from which to watch the world go by as you enjoy a light snack or drink. A continental breakfast buffet is served from 08:00 to 09:30. An earlier or later time can be arranged on request. A light lunch is available from 13:00 – 14:00. Dinner is served as a vegetarian buffet with hot dishes served at your table from 19:00 to 19:30.
