Go straight across 4 roundabouts, staying on A33 (stay in left lane after fourth roundabout) towards Reading until you approach traffic lights opposite the BP Garage (on your left). Fork left just before lights taking slip road left, sign posted to Newbury A4. Proceed to the end of the road and at the T junction, turn left along Berkeley Avenue, sign posted Newbury A4. Through traffic lights, go straight across first roundabout (Beefeater restaurant on left). At next set of traffic lights, turn right (signposted Tilehurst) into Liebenrood Road. Proceed to end of the road to roundabout, exit right into Tilehurst Road (signposted towards Town Centre). Take the third turning on the left into Connaught Road. The Abbey House Hotel is situated 100 yards on your left. From Junction 12: Exit Motorway M4 at Junction 12 and follow signs for A4 Reading. Travel along the A4, going straight across 5 roundabouts. Past Prospect Park on your left. After the fifth roundabout, turn left at traffic lights into Liebenrood Road (sign posted to Tilehurst). Proceed to the end of the road and at the roundabout, exit right into Tilehurst Road (signposted for Town Centre). Take the third turning on your left into Connaught Road. The Abbey House Hotel is situated 100 yards on your left.
