The Hotel may cancel the booking without penalty to either party if the hotel or any part of it is closed due to fire, dispute with employees, admin or system errors, alterations, or by order of any public authority or any cause effecting the event that is outside the hotels control; or if there is a change of ownership of the hotel; or if the hotel in its sole discretion believes the event or the client might prejudice the reputation of the hotel. With respect to the above events, the hotel will refund to the client any advance payment made by the client, and will have no further liability to the clientCancellation (with penalty)2. The hotel may cancel a booking with a penalty to the client if the client is more than seven days in arrears with any payment due under this contract; or if the client becomes insolvent or enters into bankruptcy, liquidation or receivership.
