The apartments are designed by Ben De Lisi and comprise a lounge/dining area, a modern Italian fitted kitchen with granite work tops, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a stylish bathroom. Please note, this is a prestigious residential apartment block, not a hotel. The concierge service is only there to give general information and to handle the issue and return of keys. Follow signs to Central Manchester and Deansgate. Proceed along Deansgate to the junction with Blackfriars Street and Market Street. At the traffic lights, which are alongside the Renaissance Hotel, turn on to Blackfriars Street. The Edge can be seen on the left just across the Bridge. For pedestrian access, take the steps down to the riverside walk and turn right into the reception. For vehicular access, continue along Blackfriars Street to the traffic lights. Turn left into Chapel Street. Watch for the third turn left again into Clowes Street. Proceed to the forecourt of the Edge for check-in.

These contemporary Manchester city centre apartments are located on the River Irwell next to the 5* Lowry Hotel, and only a stone's throw away from the vibrant Deansgate, with its stylish restaurants, bars, clubs, theatres and cinemas. The Edge is within easy walking distance to the business district and the main shopping centre with its well known designer stores, boutiques and departmental stores, including Harvey Nichols, Kendalls, and the Arndale Centre.
