Overton Grange hosts weddings, civil ceremonies (civil licence held), business meetings, conferences, private functions and corporate events. The function room can accommodate a maximum of 200 guests.

Overton Grange offers 14 twin/ double en suite bedrooms, each one having recently been refurbished under the supervision of a respected local interior design practice. By Car: From Ludlow town centre: - Take the A49 Hereford Road over Ludford Bridge and the hotel can be found on the right. - Be sure to not turn off before the village of Overton. From the South: - On the A49, (towards Hereford/Shrewsbury) turn left onto the B4361, just north of Woofferton. - The road is sign posted for Ludlow and Richards Castle. - The hotel is a short distance on the left. Parking: Private parking is available at the hotel.
