Since the hotel does not have a night porter, a door code is given to you so that you are able to gain entry to the hotel if returning late at night.

A complimentary breakfast is served from 08:00 to 09:00 (Tuesday to Friday) and 08:30 to 10:00 (Saturday to Monday). If you need breakfast earlier please let Greenbank know.An on-site cafe is open all day, every day, serving light lunches with good coffee and homemade cakes and muffins.Dinner is served from 18:00 to 21:15, with menus changing daily. Steaks are a particular speciality, with all food being freshly made every day. The kitchen staff are always open to ideas.Greenbank also has a licensed bar, open to residents.

Set in the heart of Llangollen, only a 5-minute drive from the companies of Kronspan, Cadburys and Monsanto (all in Chirk) and Aeroproducts (in Trevor).Wrexham is a 10-minute car journey away.
