In the heart of Eastbourne’s Cultural and Theatre district - opposite Devonshire Park and The Congress Theatre - the hotel is only a short walk to the shopping centre, and just 150m from the main promenade, with easy access to all local tourist attractions.The Hotel offers a modern and contemporary feel throughout, and is furnished with maximum comfort in mind. Our bedrooms are extremely spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit, and our two lounges offer a relaxed atmosphere in which to socialise or to simply relax with a good book. All front rooms overlook the famous Devonshire Park International Tennis Centre, whilst our rear rooms look over the Victorian Wilmington Gardens and to the South Downs in the distance.

Our bedrooms are extremely spacious, with en-suite facilities and are equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. Our Food is Traditional English Cuisine at its best; a Full English Breakfast and Cold Buffet to start the day and a Five Course Evening Meal are served in our Spacious Restaurant.Light lunches are available daily and served in the Bar or alfresco in the Front Garden.
