Loriston Guest House in Eastbourne 

Loriston is a newly refurbished Victorian house, in a quiet area just off the seafront. It is walking distance to all the amenities Eastbourne has to offer.All diets are catered for by prior arrangement. This must be requested at the time of booking.Ironing facilities are available at Loriston Guest House. However, these facilities are not available in our bedrooms, only in the reception area. We do not allow irons in our bedrooms.

All rooms are en-suite and decorated and furnished to a high standard. All rooms are equipped with a range of convenient facilities including good quality beds, linen and towels.

Eastbourne is known as the sunshine coast, with a protected climate due to its location in a 10 mile bay from Beachy Head in the west, to Hastings to the east.Eastbourne has 4 theatres, tennis courts, lovely gardens, a Victorian pier, lots of restaurants, and a town centre which are all walking distance from Loriston House.

By Car:- Take the M23, M27 and A22.- Loriston is situated 1/4 mile east of the Pier.- Turn left at the York House Hotel into St Aubyns Road.- Loriston is on the left-hand side.
