The food is honest and simple, but good quality, well-presented and homemade where possible. The local butcher sources Gloucester Old Spot pork and other meat from Sudeley Castle Estate. Chicken and eggs are free-range. Breakfast is served from 07:15 until 09:00 on weekdays, and from 08:30 until 09:30 at weekends. Dinner is served from 18:30 until 21:00. A traditional 3-course lunch is served on Sundays and a light lunch is available on other days.
