As most will already know, Blackpool is the Fun Capital of the North (if not the country). The selection of bars, clubs, restaurants and cafes offers everyone the variety, entertainment and diversity that only Blackpool can give 52 weeks of the year. Transport can be expensive when on holiday, but at the Lynmar, everything in Blackpool is at hand. Our guest house is within walking distance of nearly all the fun venues. (Please note that the Pleasure Beach is located on South shore.) The nightlife is 2nd to none. Try Funny Girls or Roxy’s. Lots of the venues offer cabaret, quiz nights, karaoke or just plain enjoyment: the choice is yours. Blackpool can boast excellent theatres, 2 major casinos, speciality ice and magic shows, sea life centre, the famous Blackpool Tower and Circus, Pleasure Beach the Golden Mile and Blackpool Zoo. To top all this, for that different day out, Preston, Manchester and The Lakes are only a short trip away. Fleetwood, St. Anne’s, Lytham, Bispham, Cleveleys and Poulton are virtually on the doorstep, just waiting to be visited. Blackpool is an ideal place to stay to visit anywhere in Lancashire.
