Meticulously restored Victorian villas have been converted into one and two bedroom apartments which are set in delightful south facing gardens in leafy Edgbaston. The apartments have been individually furnished in a contemporary style featuring large lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed and bathroom. All second bedrooms have king size beds and a second en-suite shower/bathroom.
There is no reception desk at the apartments. SACO will contact you by phone with automatic check-in instructions and a contact number. SACO will add an additional cost to all payments made by credit card.For weekend or Christmas bookings, you will be contacted by SACO and will be required to give an additional deposit before your arrival. This is refundable within 14 days of your departure.
