For example: - The Lago Maggiore Express; An exciting trip by train and boat through the impressive Valley "Centovalli" from Locarno to Domodossola and then to Stresa, where you will change to the boat, visiting the island "Isola Bella" and returning to Locarno. - Discover the Valley "Valle Maggia" or "Valle Verzasca" with its clear water, traditional villages, food and impressive rocks. - Climbing, canoeing, skydiving, bungee jumping and so on. The whole area is also suited for biking or hiking.

Only the Luxury Room with Lake View and Balcony and the Double Room with Balcony and Lake View are big enough for an extra bed or a cot. So please inform the hotel in advance if you come with children.There is only a limited number of parking spaces right at the hotel, but you can easily find a place to park in the surroundings (e. g. at a guarded multi-storey car park (24-h ticket) or in public parking spaces which are free from 18:00 to 08:00)
