The Hotel Schiff is an historical building, quietly situated on the banks of the Reuss in the centre of Lucerne’s old town, with splendid views of the mountains and lake.
The hotel has an excellent restaurant with Swiss specialities, a scenic terrace and the Schifferlaube. Our promenade restaurant under the arches is located directly on the waterfront and serves Swiss specialities as well as international dishes.The restaurants have been yearly rewarded 13 Gault Millau points since 2003.
A myriad of postcards and picture books as ample proof, that the city of Lucerne is extremely photogenic, a must for the serious traveller. Tourists who flock to Lucerne from all over the world, as well as it's own inhabitants, are unanimous in their enthusiasm for the town.
