Eva's Apartment Service in Amsterdam 

We can give our support for special occasions (for example, a birthday or an anniversary) and can book you tours, a taxi pick up service, make hotel shuttle bus reservations, order flowers, wine, or make any other arrangements. If you would like any of these services (all at an additional cost), then please mention this in the comments section of the booking form.

There are 2 apartments in the Jordaan area of the city, each with 2 bedrooms, living area and kitchen for 3 or 4 people.There are also studios each for a maximum of 3 people, with one room (bedroom/living room) on the Amstel river, behind Rembrandt Square with views of the river and a private bathroom and kitchen.Please mention when booking if you would like to have single or double beds. Please note that there is no lift in the building.

Each studio and apartment has its own kitchen/kitchenette. It is fully equipped with dishes, pans, plates, fridge, electric cooking plates and a microwave.

The studios are located by the Amstel River, just behind the Rembrandtplein, near to the flower market and 5-10 minutes walking from Dam Square.The apartments are located in the old Amsterdam area of the Jordaan, near the Westerpark. They are just a few tram/bus stops from the city centre.

By Public Transport:- Take a train from Schipol Airport to Amsterdam Central Station.- From outside the station take tram numbers 4, 9, 24, or 25 for Munt.- Get off at Muntplien.There is also a taxi rank in front of the building and a hotel shuttle bus for Vijzelstraat.

Eva’s Apartment Service offers you a selection of comfortable and safe apartments and suites in a fantastic city centre location with the best possible views across the Amstel River.Situated in the centre, all of Amsterdam’s main attractions are within walking distance or are just a short tram ride away. You will be within walking distance of the main shopping centre, coffee shops and the entertainment areas; meaning that there is something nearby for all tastes. The apartments are just a few steps away from the famous Rembrandt Square, while the flower market, the red light district and Dam Square are a short walk away.Once you experience the fantastic value for money accommodation and the excellent location of the apartments then it is likely that you will want to come back. Eva will personally take care of you during your stay and is looking forward to welcoming you.Neither of the locations have a lift.

Check-in is at the apartment. There is no reception. Mention the arrival time and flight number.Cleaning during the stay is available on request.If it is requested, there will be an additional cleaning fee (EUR 23) charged at the end of the stay.For payments by credit card (Visa or Master Card) there is a 4% surcharge.
