There are treadmills, rowing machines and a sauna in the hotel's fitness centre.

In recognition of Linz's being awarded the title of 'European Capital of Culture' in 2009 every floor of the hotel has been designed around an art or cultural centre in Linz. In cooperation with regional artists, such as ISA Stein (architecture, and overall conception), Andreas Thaler (furniture), Ernst Mitterndorfer (lighting), as well as the numerous students at the Kunstuniversität Linz, the hotel's furniture and pictures have been co-ordinated to create these Linz-orientated themes. Rooms offer views of the New Town Hall, Bernaschek Park, the Schlossberg or the Spitz's quiet inner courtyard. All rooms have a sizeable flat screen television. A disabled room is available.

Breakfast is served from 06:30 until 10:00 during the week and from 07:00 until 11:00 at weekends. The hotel's bar serves drinks and small snacks until 00:00.

The nearby Pöstlingberg mountain is the landmark of Linz and is easily reachable from the hotel. It offers beautiful views over the city, a pilgrimage church, many hiking trails and a narrow gauge railway.The Ars Electronica Center is the city's main attraction - a centre for electronic arts and a "museum of the future". It is only a few hundred metres away from the hotel.

From the train station take tram line 3 and get off at Rudolfstraße. The hotel is situated next to the tram stop, right in front of the New Town Hall.
