Hotel Zum Bär in Quedlinburg 

Allowing you to relax in a comfortable atmosphere, none of our rooms is like the other. Each has been furnished and equipped with careful attention being paid to detail. Handcrafted furniture and marvelous fabrics will give you just the first impression. The latest in today’s comfort has recently been added to the historic framework of our historic building. Thus we are able to provide comfortable accommodations in a traditional house featuring a very unique atmosphere. Comfortable beds, bathrooms with showers or tubs, direct-dial telephones, TV, and your own private mini bar are among the amenities that we consider basic. Making you, our guests, feel good and comfortable is our main aim.

1. Arriving from Wernigerode or Blankenburg:Upon entering Quedlinburg, turn right at the first traffic light into “Wipertistraße” street. Follow “Kaiser-Otto-Straße” street, then turn left at the bridge/traffic light (following the sign “Zum Bär”) into “Neuer Weg” street, and turn right at the next crossroads into “Heiligegeist Straße” street. Turn left at the next crossroads into “Mummental” street. Turn left in front of the statue and proceed on “Pölle” street almost to its end. Enter our parking lot at the gate on the right hand side (parking sign: “Hotel Zum Bär – Nur für Gäste”) 2. Arriving from Thale (via the villages of Weddersleben or Warnstedt):Having entered the Quedlinburg city limits, turn right at the first crossroads. You will be going along “Wipertistraße” now. From then on, please follow the directions given in No.1. 3. Arriving from Halberstadt:Entering Quedlinburg, please continue straight on for the next 3 crossroads with traffic light straight. Proceed on the main street (“Wipertistraße”) and refer to the directions stated in No.1 from then on. 4. Arriving from Halle, Aschersleben:Having passed the Quedlinburg city limits, please follow the signs in directions of “Thale/Harzgerode”. At the roundabout in front of the train station, proceed straight on. Go straight ahead across the next 2 crossroads with traffic lights straight. At the next traffic light (bridge over a river), go straight ahead into “Neuer Weg” street and then follow the directions given in No. 1.
