Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. -The total Condo Hotel rental price will be forfeited for any cancellations received after the 30th day prior to the beginning to the rental period.The Hotel will make every attempt to rent the unit if you must cancel between the 59th day and your arrival date. If the Hotel is successful they will refund 50 percent of the hotel rental price and apply it towards a credit for another hotel rental period.
