Fiordland Hotel & Motel's restaurant is only open for tour and group bookings. The lounge bar offers light snacks to guests.

We are located at the gate way into Te Anau, 2hr drive to or from Queenstown and 1 1/2 hr drive to or from Invercargill

Fiordland Hotel & Motel is situated in a quiet tranquil garden setting, with lake and mountain views from most rooms, a 10 minute walk to town centre or 5 minute walk to lake edge. We have a selection of accommodation at very reasonable rates to suit most budgets. Relax in our solar heated indoor swimming pool area or relax in one of our two spas pools after walking one of the spectacular walking tracks.

Check in times are 2pm and check out times are 10am Daily.You can request a late check at no additional cost. Late check in's information will be posted on our after hours board which is located directly outside our reception entry doors.We also have an after hours phone located at the same area if you need any additional information.
