We offer four beautifully appointed guest bedrooms, decorated with sophisticated refinement and individual in character. Three of the rooms have ensuite bathrooms that offer heated tile floors, New Zealand toiletries, hair dryer, copious fluffy towels and bathrobes, while the other room has luxury (private) bathroom facilities.

The Complimentary Breakfast is served anytime between 7:30am and 8:30am, and if you have any special requests, or dietary needs, please let us know in advance.We pride ourselves on our special breakfasts. It is a gourmet affair that is nourishing, flavourful and indulgent. The menu comprises orange juice, fresh New Zealand fruits, yoghurt and muesli and homemade preserves. Eden, an established inner city suburb of Auckland, and is in close proximity to Eden Park, the many restaurants and cafes of Mt Eden Village, Dominion Rd and Kingsland, and only a short drive, or bus ride, to the shopping precincts of Auckland City, Newmarket and St Lukes Mall.

We are on the left hand side, on the corner of Bellwood Ave & Marlborough St.
