Signature Residence is set in beautifully landscaped garden with a separate children's play area. The resort has 17 Rooms – all with the choice of A/C or non-A/C, all of which are en/suite. The cottages each comprise double bedroom, en/suite - again with your choice of A/C or non-A/C. All of our rooms are spacious with double beds, modern furniture, and big bathrooms with 24 hour hot running water. Each room has a private balcony with seating to relax on under the swaying palm trees and our garden has both sunny and shady places should the temperatures soar! Our resort opened in December 2007 and is well-situated about 150m from the vitality of life at North Cliff which buzzes with a variety of restaurants and shops. Only a few minutes' stroll away, and you can partake of yoga classes, Ayurvedic massage or Kathakali performances.
