On foot, guests can reach it in about 15 minutes, following the nice lakeside promenade, or in about 5 minutes by bus. This lakeside accommodation in Zell am See offers an à la carte Restaurant, a dining hall, where breakfast and half board dinner are served, a cozy hotel bar, ample parking lot, a garden terrace, as well as a play room and a play ground for children. Furthermore, there is a 450 sqm spa area with indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, sanarium and infrared cabin, which are free of charge. Beauty treatments and massages are offered too, but for a surcharge. In winter, all the ski lifts in town can be reached within 5 minutes by the ski bus. The ski bus stops right in front of the Hotel Badhaus and takes guests to the Schmittenhöhe and the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier in 30-minute intervals. The bus is free of charge with a valid ski pass. Ski-Rental and Ski-School also come to the hotel if requested, for guests to rent ski equipment and book skiing-lessons right away.
