Our farmhouse Residence Casa Italia is just a short distance from Florence, Pisa, Siena and two kilometers from the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci. We produce Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Montalbano Chianti. Right in the heart of the enchanting Tuscan countryside, Land of the Renaissance, and just a stones throw from Vinci where the famous painter Leonardo da Vinci was born, , the farmhouse Casa Italia welcomes you to a quiet and relaxing holiday rich in art and culture. Casa Italia, situated among hills covered in centenary olive trees and vineyards of Chianti DOC offers you an unforgettable stay with wonderful views, relaxing walks, organic produce and warm hospitality. There are 12 apartments furnished in the typical Tuscan country style, which take you back to past times while at the same time offering the convenience of modern facilities. Two beautiful swimming pools overlooking the valley below almost seem to make you feel that you are diving into the sky. Footpaths and cycle tracks among the olive trees and vineyards around the hills bring you to the tennis court and the five-a-side football pitch. For lovers of health and fitness, we also have a spa and health centre.

The residence is situated in the, hills in a very quiet area and it is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with olive-trees, vineyards and thousands of plants (aromatic plants , and shrubs which provide plenty of shade in the summer months). In each point of the residence guests can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the beautiful Tuscan landscape. In the residence there is : a heated swimming pool 7m x 15m, , Jacuzzi, tennis court, bowling green table-tennis, childrens playground , , quiet areas, terrace with view, where guests . can cook their own bar-be-qu or use the pizza oven The residence is composed of 12 big apartments in 2 restored cottages (all apartments have got their own entrance from the garden and terrace). The apartments are furnished in Tuscan style, and each of them has got view of the valley. The receptionists speak English-, French, German and Russian and they will take good care of your needs, so that your stay will be unforgettable. In the surrounding areas there are many paths for walking, museums, and sports facilities.
