Description Bayfield Backpackers
Bayfield Backpackers is located in the centre of Portree, Skye's main town. With a view to the Cuillins towering in the distance and the sparkling waters of Loch Portree nearby, the hostel is ideally situated for mountaineers and walkers. For those wanting to explore the island's attractions at a more leisurely pace, the hostel is also the perfect base.
Accommodation consists of one 8 bed en-suite dorm and 4, 4 bed rooms. One of the 4 bed dorms is en-suite and has full disabled facilities.
Price is £13 per night.
A state of the art kitchen will help you prepare those all-important meals. The comfortable lounge/dining area can accomodate 16 people and has spectacular views over Portree Bay to the Cuillin Hills beyond. Our decking terrace enjoys the same views. The hostel is non smoking throughout.
