Villa 1:

Villa 1 has a upper and a lower unit. The lower unit has 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds), new kitchen with breakfast bar, living room, inside and outside dining areas, 2+ full bathrooms, a covered porch facing the ocean, air-conditioning throughout the home, and of course, ceiling fans everywhere.
The upper unit is a brand new deluxe 1 bedroom with a king size bed. It has air-conditioning throughout, tall cathedral ceilings with lots of skylights, and many French doors facing the ocean.
It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, dining area, bathroom, living room, and a wrap-around covered porch.
It also has a rooftop, 3rd level sundeck. It offers great breezes and fantastic views! Many people rent both the upper and lower as a 4 bedroom home.

Villa 2:

Villa 2 is about 3 houses down from Villa 1 on the same beautiful beach. It has a row of palm trees in front of the home, a huge almond tree, and palm tree on the south side. Both are perfect to shade you from the afternoon sun.
There are steps that lead to the golden sandy beach. Perfect for swimming. Villa 2 has a upper and a lower unit. The lower unit has 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 queen bed), a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and a bonus indoor/outdoor room by the ocean.
It also has a side covered patio, air conditioning in the living room, two of the bedrooms, and of course ceiling fans throughout.
The upper unit has 2 extra large bedrooms with king beds and French doors that open to the street side. It has air conditioning throughout, tall cathedral ceilings with skylights, large French doors that open up to the oceanfront covered patio.
It also has one extra large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining, living room and a rooftop sundeck. Both units have ocean front covered patios to enjoy the views and relax the day away.
Many people rent both the upper and lower as a 5 bedroom home.

Our accommodations provide an excellent place to watch the waves break, enjoy the ocean breezes, or simply relax in the hammock on your ocean side patio. The warm ocean breezes bring relaxation and the sunrises and sunsets bring priceless views and memories.
