Lux Apartment Nusiceva in Belgrade 

Apartment is located in Belgrade in the very town center, in pedestrian area, one minute from Terazije the central square and The Terazije fountain which is the very center of Balkan peninsula and the distance of each place is measured from that point. Apartment is also 5 minutes walking from Knez Mihailova Street which has been named one of the most beautiful pedestrian zones in Eastern Europe and is a constant buzz of people and tourists. Thousands of people stroll along the street every day as it is the shortest path from Terazije to Kalemegdan park and fortress.

*All prices are listed in euros and payable in dinars (RSD) at the official exchange rate of our Bank, at the Check-in. All prices include VAT. *Reservations are fully confirmed after we receive deposit payment in amount 20% of lease price. Deposit can be paid either in cash or directly on our bank account. The costs of the money transfer on our bank account should be fully paid by the client. *City tax is 121.00 RSD (per person) for each day of stay. *For 1 day residency price is increased by 30% of the apartment rate / for 2 days residency price is increased by 20% of the apartment rate. Full amount should be payed on Arrival date. *In case of reservation canceling 72h or less before Arrival, Agency keeps amount of one day price for the reserved apartment. *For more then 3 persons apartment rate is increased by 20%. *Damage deposit is obligatory. It is taken before entering the apartment, and it is returned after the guest leaves the apartment, if all the property is in its original state. *Children age 7 to 15 years pay only 50% of the city tax. *Check-in time is from 2:00 P.M. on Arrival and Check-out time is until 12:00 P.M. on Departure. *Until 5 P.M. there is a surcharge of 50% of the apartment rate. After 5 P.M., one day apartment rate should be paid. *There is surcharge for Check-in and Check-out time: 21h-00h-20EUR, 00h-6:30-30EUR.
