Description Cortijo “La Juanita”
Amongst 6 acres of olive trees on a mountaintop of 480 meters lies the Cortijo “La Juanita”, built in the typical rural Andalusia style.
Cortijo “La Juanita” accommodates a maximum of 7 persons, the “Studio” for 2 persons and the “Casita” for 4 to 5 persons, if 2 are children.Both apartments are equipped with a kitchenette (with refrigerator, electric cooker and microwave with grill), TV with DVD-player, shower, toilet and washbasin.
The Studio has a combined sitting/sleeping room, whilst the Casita downstairs has a sofa-bed and upstairs a double bed, with space for an extra bed.
From the Cortijo there is a magnificent panoramic view of the Costa del Sol, the Sierra de las Nieves and the foot of the Sierra Nevada.
3.7 km distant is the white village of Alozaina, with its 2.500 inhabitants, one of the gates to the natural park area Sierra de las Nieves. Andalucia has many festivals, of which Semana Santa (click) is an example.
