Bed and Breakfast in Scarborough 

Lincoln House, built c.1892, renovated to a high standard in 2007, offers three spacious, tastefully decorated, en suite double bedrooms. All bedrooms are provided with colour tv with dvd, cd/radio alarm clock, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, dressing gowns and board games. A choice of a full English or Continental style breakfast is served in our elegant dining room. You can relax in the conservatory/guest lounge. Located just a ten minute stroll from the town centre, beach, harbour, theatre, bus and rail stations, Lincoln House is ideally situated to take advantage of all that Bridlington has to offer. Bridlington is the ideal location to discover the Yorkshire Coast, Wolds and Moors.

A non refundable deposit of £20.00 is required for each room booked (cheque please, payable to Mrs S Wright). The balance to be paid on arrival, in cash (regretfully we do not accept payment by debit/credit cards). Cancellations made within 28 days of arrival will be liable for payment in full; it is therefore recommended that you take our cancellation insurance. An elegant dining room with seating for six persons only, offering a choice of English or Continental stye breakfast. A charming conservatory/guest lounge is available for use by guests. Packed/picnic lunches available on request. Parking permits provided if required. No smoking or pets are allowed in Lincoln House.
