Description Elderfields Guest House

The Elderfields Guest House offers high quality Bed and Breakfast accommodation to visitors eager to stay in the heart of Edinburgh - Scotland's historic capital city.

Located in central Edinburgh just off a vibrant district full of restaurants, bars, hotels and theatres, the bed and breakfast style accommodation provided by the Elderfields Guest House is perfect if you are planning to visit the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace, or the stunning Edinburgh Castle.

Whatever your reasons for visiting our beautiful city, we hope that you'll stay with us here at the Elderfields Guest House and experience the very best in Scottish B&B Hospitality!

Our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable and of course as comfortable as possible. Some of our rooms have en-suite facilities or a bathroom close by. Please click to enlarge images of rooms.

All rooms have TV with remote, as well as Coffee/Tea facilites - and do not worry about packing a hairdryer or iron as we can lend you these when you get here. We have a variety of rooms: twin, double and single most with great views of Queens Park.

At the end of the Royal Mile is the Queen's official residence in Scotland. It houses the Royal Apartments and offers exhibitions of art from the Royal Collection.

However, should you wish for a change of pace, we are across the road from the start of one of the many of Edinburgh's cycle paths in Queens Park, with access to the old Union Canal. A much loved relic from Scotland's proud industrial past and now a haven for wildlife, you can walk or cycle along the banks of the canal for miles or even take a ride on a traditional longboat.
