Villa Ilias is located at the highest point of Firostefani, that is most picturesque and peaceful neighbourhood of Fira town. The village is perched on the cliffs of the Caldera that was created after a volcanic eruption in 1625 BC.
Firostefani is the ideal place to stay because it combines easy access to the town centre (10 minutes on foot) and tranquillity, a superb view towards the volcano, the caldera gulf, and an unique beauty.

Villa Ilias provide 6 different types of accommodation. All rooms, studios, and apartments were recently renovated (2006) to offer our visitors an unforgetable Santorini vacation :
- Standard Room : accommodates up to 3 persons. Offers views of the pool and the volcano.
- Superior Room : accomodates 2 persons and it is located on the upper floors.
- Exclusive Room : accommodates 2 persons. Offers views of the volcano.
- Standard Studio : accomodates 4 persons. Offers partial view of the volcano.
- Traditional Studio : accommodates up to 3 persons. Offers private veranda with view of the volcano.
