Description Zennor Cottage
Zennor Cottage offers 4 Star self-catering accommodation for up to four guests. Located in the heart of picturesque Marazion, Zennor Cottage is a short walk (400m) to the Town Beach and the causeway to St Michael’s Mount. The sandy beach and many cafes, restaurants and shops makes this a great place for family holidays. The Cornish Coastal Path runs through Marazion offering great walks and spectacular views, and the Pilgrims Way goes in-land through lovely rural Cornwall. The RSPB Bird Sanctuary at Marazion Marshes is close by. On the South coast, Marazion is only four miles East of Penzance. Getting there is easy: Rail: The mainline rail service runs to Penzance from all major cities. Road: The A30—main road through Cornwall—is only two miles away. Air: Newquay Airport (NQY) is one hour away. Easy Key Pick-Up whatever time you arrive.

All four pubs in Marazion are 'dog friendly'. No Extra Charges — All towels, linen, electricity are included. Heating -The heating is all electric (heaters in all rooms) with an extra electric stove (looks like a log burning stove) in the living room. It's lovely and warm with good wall and roof insulation. All electricity is included. Parking —A garage next to Zennor Cottage is included, but is only large enough for medium size cars (garage internal dimensions Width 2.1m, Height 1.8m, Length 4.5m). Parking for large 4x4 and large estate cars is available in the public car parks next to the beach. Extra parking space in the public car park is approximately £25 per week. Smoking —Zennor Cottage is a NO SMOKING property. Please do not smoke inside. But there's a sheltered area outside the door and the first floor balcony gives a place for a smoke in the evening sun. Prices —The prices on this website are significantly below agents' prices. Book direct with the owners and you make the saving. No VAT to add on. Deposit —To confirm your booking, please make a 25% deposit. This is refundable if you need to cancel more than one month before your visit. If you need to cancel less than one month ahead the deposit is refundable if the week is re-let. Cash or Cheques are ok, or let us know if you'd like to do a bank transfer, but we're not set up for credit/debit cards. Change-Over Day —The changeover day is Saturday. To allow for cleaning, please be away by 12:00 and arrive after 4:00pm. Out of Season Short-Breaks are available on a daily rate (1/7 the weekly price per day), let us know the dates you’d like to come. Standards —Zennor Cottage is inspected by Tourist England and the Penzance and District Tourism Association. Supermarkets —Morrisons and Tesco are 3 miles away by the Penzance Heliport at Eastern Green. Lidl is 5 miles away between Penzance and Newlyn. Accommodation is on two floors. On the ground floor is the entrance hall, double bedroom, bunk bedroom (with full size bunk beds), and the bathroom (bath, rain-drop shower, hand shower, wc and basin). There's a television and dvd player in the double bedroom as well as an alarm-clock radio and hairdryer. If you don't fancy sleeping in a bunkbed, a sofabed can be available in the livingroom upstairs. Upstairs is one open-plan livingroom/dining and kitchen area. The television has a dvd and cd player, and there's also a radio with ipod docking station. There's a washer/dryer, hob/oven and microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. If you have small children we can provide a high-chair and stairgate. Outside is a first-floor balcony, a gated passageway from the street to the front door and the garage.
