Apartment is located in Belgrade and placed in the very center of town, in the middle of Skadarska Street, popular Bohemian quart of Belgrade similar to the Montmartre in Paris and remarkable Belgrade tourist attraction. Apartmant is placed 150m from Terazije and 200m from Knez Mihailova Street and Republic Square.
*All prices are listed in euros and payable in dinars (RSD) at the official exchange rate of our Bank, at the Check-in. All prices include VAT. *Reservations are fully confirmed after we receive deposit payment in amount 20% of lease price. Deposit can be paid either in cash or directly on our bank account. The costs of the money transfer on our bank account should be fully paid by the client. *City tax is 121.00 RSD (per person) for each day of stay. *For 1 day residency price is increased by 30% of the apartment rate / for 2 days residency price is increased by 20% of the apartment rate. Full amount should be payed on Arrival date. *In case of reservation canceling 72h or less before Arrival, Agency keeps amount of one day price for the reserved apartment. *For more then 3 persons apartment rate is increased by 20%. *Damage deposit is obligatory. It is taken before entering the apartment, and it is returned after the guest leaves the apartment, if all the property is in its original state. *Children age 7 to 15 years pay only 50% of the city tax. *Check-in time is from 2:00 P.M. on Arrival and Check-out time is until 12:00 P.M. on Departure. *Until 5 P.M. there is a surcharge of 50% of the apartment rate. After 5 P.M., one day apartment rate should be paid. *There is surcharge for Check-in and Check-out time: 21h-00h-20EUR, 00h-6:30-30EUR.
Apartment is on the seventh floor of the building equipped with elevator and intercom. The 56m2 apartment contains two bedrooms with two beds each, living room with high quality sofa bed for two persons, kitchen and bathroom. It is suitable for six persons, either for short or long term rent. Fully renovated apartment complies highest quality and aesthetic criteria.
Equipment: safety door, deposit box, CATV, DVD and mp3 player, high speed Internet, phone, air conditioner, washing and drying machine and fully furnished kitchen with microwave and other needed accessories. Twice a week cleaning and bed linen change is included. Other agreements regarding this matter are possible. Apartment is equipped to be suitable for tourists, but also for choosy business people. It is outlined in order to provide pleasant for both short and long stayings.
