The transport system is not reliable. However a minibus service which is available is a inexpensive and can be relied upon. Emergency medical care is not efficient so it would be best to avoid any treatment here and carry a medical insurance while visiting the country. Avoid drinking tap water and ensure you get the required inoculations before visiting any forested area. Drug offences are dealt with strictly so avoid such situations. It should be noted that there are a number of places which do not accept Travellers' cheques or credit cards including a few big hotels and restaurants. Some visitors might face credit card fraud so be careful before handing over your credit card to any local person for payments. Be sure to withdraw cash from ATM machines or Bureaus de Change which are legal and not belonging to private street traders. Travel in taxis which marked with red and yellow numbers on the license plate and bargain for a fair price.
