In 1996, Mozart’s Residence was open to public. The museum documents the history of the Mozart residence, his family and also focuses on the life and work of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The three floors of his birthplace are set up as a museum. His original instruments and some authentic portraits are centered features of the museum. The exhibition at the museum, Everyday Life of a prodigy is totally dedicated to the Mozart family life.
