The Museumquartier is a cultural complex which combines the old Summer Riding School baroque buildings with contemporary architecture. There are many cultural institutions that range from the Kunsthalle Wien, the Leopold Museum and the Museum of Modern Art Ludwig Foundation Vienna. The Quartier21 is one of the museums hosting many smaller cultural institutions, having shops run by young creative’s of Vienna. Quartier21 is an integral part of the MuseumQuartier concept and offers a variety and an extensive understanding of culture to the visitors. The emphasis of this museum is more on fashion, design and digital culture.
