The University of Vienna was founded in the year 1365 by Duke Rudolph IV and is known to be the oldest universities in the German speaking world.
It is also one of the largest in Central Europe. Presently, there are around 88,000 students enrolled in almost 180 courses here. Moreover, this university is also the largest teaching and research institution in Austria.
