The Khan’s Palace is a magnificent royal structure built in the seventeenth century. Highlighted with various wall paintings and exquisite glass work, this ornate structure is still in excellent condition, making it a famous landmark of the city.
A storehouse of ancient relics from the bygone period, the Sheki History Museum is a haven for history enthusiasts. Nearby the museum is another arts and crafts museum which was earlier a cathedral.
The Gelersen-Gerersen castle is another interesting place which is surrounded by small ancient structures, museums and ruins. Also, in the nearby villages of Orta Zeizit and Kish, are a few Albanian cathedrals that are equally fascinating.
