There are some amazing sights in the city. The neighboring befry which is classified as a World Heritage Site dates from the 17th century and is known as the only Baroque style belfry in Belgium.
There is the Doudou festival which is for a week long and originates from the 14th century. This festival takes place each year on Trinity Sundays. There is the Lumecon fight wherein Saint George confronts the dragon. This fight lasts for half an hour with rthythmic “Doudou” music.
