Long time back, the city of Bruges had city walls which were enriched with many windmills. One of the most impressive windmills is the 230 year old Sint Janshius Mill. This mill grinds grain and is still in operation today. This is a definite visit whilst visiting this city. There is also a small museum which can be visited from May to September.
