Musée du Cacao et du Chocolat is situated at Rue de la Tête d'Or, 9/11, 1000 Brussels. It is operational from Tuesdays to Sundays from 10:00 to 16:00 hrs. It remains closed on Mondays except in July and August and also on holidays.
Different phases of chocolate production are displayed in the museum, which also include hand-made ‘praline’.
The museum is spread over three floors and on the lower floor one can observe the production of cocoa. All the visitors are greeted with chocolate-dipped cookies!
Various chocolate servings like cups and cans, chocolate sculptures and even chocolate clothes are on display.
A video-film illustration about chocolate proves an informative experience for all visitors. There is a shop located in close vicinity from the museum where one can purchase these famous chocolates from Belgium.
