Split Historic Sites: City Clock

City Clock

Rating:

The City Clock is on top of the tower like house with Romans style architecture. This clock was placed here in the 15th century. The tower house ends with the Gothic bell tower. This is quite an interesting clock since the circle is divided into 24 parts. It might be confusing, but if one follows the same principles of reading as used in the ordinary watches, then he can tell what time it is.
