The Square, in the town centre, is the heart of the Agia Napa nightlife, outside of the beach area, with restaurants, nightclubs and shops.

The Agia Napa Festival that began is 1985 is the most famous annual cultural event. The celebrations include theatre, opera, concerts and folk dancing that highlight the history, culture and economics of Agia Napa and Cyprus. It is held in the Sefers Square at the Agia Napa Monastery.
